"We thought we would have to replace the entire window when we found the fixed portion in a second story window had condensation between the layers of glass. Thankfully, Jordan was able to stop by and do a free estimate shortly after I contacted him. He reassured us that the whole window didn't have to come out, then returned a few days later and replaced the pane so quickly we couldn't believe it. It looks as good as new! Even better, he was able to do it at a fraction of the price we were quoted by a different company! Jordan is also so kind and personable, which made the whole experience beyond 5 stars.
